Love at first sight

The plot of land on a slope in the Eastern Styrian hills and ist future owners Roman and Birgit met each other in 2016 and it was "love at first sight".

The original building was a 3-sided farmstead and the harmonic planning of the new house project was started in 2018 with the architect team GHT Plan.

Simply more comfort.

Due to the orientation to the south and the use of large glass elements, the evon Smart Home was able to support the heating and cooling of the house with shading automation and scenes in summer and winter operation.

Thanks to the integration of a Vaillant heat pump into the evon Smart Home, the operating modes can be quickly modified via the app.
